This uninhabited beach is around 3 KM long and lies between New Digha and Talsari.It is passes through the borders states West Bengal and Orissa in India. If you are traveling to Digha, Udaipur beach is a must visit. It takes around 15 minutes to travel from New Digha to Udaipur by a car or a motored van (vano or Bhatbhati as called by the local ). Nice beach,clear water and very little crowd.

Things to do in Udaipur
Relax, swim and enjoy the beach with a sip of coconut water. One can enjoy All Terrain Bike, Parasailing, Speed Boat, Banana Boat etc. Sunbathing is best from October to February. This is also one of the few places from where both the sunrise and sunset can be caught. And not to forget the red crabs.

The makeshift stall run by nearby villagers in the beach is nice place to sit and enjoy the breeze of the sea. If you like bathing in the sea, do it on your will. The small stalls serves all kind of sea fishes, crabs, jumbo prawns other than eggs, chickens and Bengali full meals and breakfast. All kinds of cold drinks and wafers are available on the beach.

By Road:-170 Km from Kolkata. Drive till Digha or reach Digha Stand, regular Volvo, deluxe and state transport buses are available from Kolkata (Esplanade) to Digha. Take a trekker to reach your destination. The best option is Bhatbhati, a motorized a local transport
By Train:-You can take trains from Howrah and reach Digha station. You have to hire trekker or private taxi to reach Udaipur.

Best time to visit Udaipur Beach
One can visit Udaipur Beach throughout the year.The best time to reach Udaipur is from the month of October to May, when the temperature is mild. And for those who enjoys monsoon on the beach can visit by the end of June till September.

As on date there is no places to stay at Udaipur. There are plenty of hotels at Digha.
